Tuna Macaroni Cheese with Sweetcorn
A family favorite, Easy to cook
Ingredients
Full cream Milk 500 ml Butter 50 g Tomatoes 5 sliced
Cheddar Cheese 100 g grated Macaroni in cheese sauce mix 250 g
Canned sweetcorn 200 g,drained Canned tuna, 300 g ( drained)
Green onion 1/3 cup
Method
Place the macaroni mix in a pan with the full cream milk, butter and 250 ml water. Bring to boil, stirring, then simmer for 5-7 minutes until the paste is tender. Stir in the
tuna and sweetcorn and transfer to a heat proof dish.
Lay the sliced tomatoes on top of the macaroni cheese, top with the grated cheese, green onion and grill for 4-5 minutes until golden.
