Corned Beef & Pea Omelette

Health: Always wash fruits and vegetables before using them.
                              Corned Beef & Pea Omelette
                                       Easy to cook


                                   Ingredients
 Corned Beef       125 g   cut into small chunks  
Peas     2 tablespoons     
  Salt     to taste  
 Black pepper 1 teaspoon  

                                   Butter    25 g          Eggs      4    
                       Tomatoes   2  chopped           Chives  handful


                                  Method 
     In a bowl break the eggs and beat together until foaming,
      Stir in the corned beef, peas, parsley, tomatoes and                         seasoning. 
            Melt the butter in a frying pan.Add the egg mixture.
     Cook over a low heat for 6 minutes,until the bottom is set
     and the top is creamy. 
             Using a fish slice, fold the omelette in half and slide it             into a warmed dish.
                             You can serve it with bread
