Fruit Salad

Health: Diet rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.
                                                      Fruit Salad
                                                        A healthy diet

                                                                 Ingredients

                    Apples        500 g                Pears       500         Melon     1    

                   Cherries      500 g                Strawberries         500 g         Grapes     500 g

                  Peaches       500 g               Pineapple      1 (small)             Crushed ice

               Water chestnut        225 g         Salt   ½ teaspoon   Brown Sugar    1 teaspoon

                       Hunny   1 teaspoon          Yogurt       4 teaspoon


                                                            Method  
                 Peel the apples, pears and peaches. Cut them into quarters. Halves the melon,

                Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into similar sized pieces. Rinse and stone 

               the Cherries and hull the strawberries. De seed the grapes. Slice the water

              chestnuts. Peel and slice the pineapple, removing the woody center part.

             Take a large bowl and put the all fruits with salt and sugar. Mix them well. Add 

             the fresh  cream and yogurt. Again mix them well. Pore the ice and hunny over the                       fruits.
