Cauliflower Fritters and Mango Chutney

         Cauliflower Fritters With Mango Chutney
                           It's a different style recipe 

                                       Ingredients
  Cauliflower       1(small sized)        Cumin     1 tablespoon
     Bicarbonate of soda        1 tablespoon      Egg     2
Self raising  flour          3 tablespoons      Yogurt     3 tablespoons
Water      1/2 cup
Oil     3 cup      
Mango           3             onion    1(small)   Sugar  
Ginger       2 tablespoons               Garlic      5 cloves, minced
Red chili pepper      4                 Salt(If you like) Vinegar  1/4 cup
Water     2 cup
                                         Method
Cut the cauliflower into florets.Take a bowl and mix well cumin, self raising flour,eggs and  yogurt in it and pour the water into well.Stir until smooth then allow to rest for about 15 minutes.Take a pan and heat the oil hot. Dip the florets in the mixture and deep fry.Drain and serve with mango chutney.

Mango Chutney:
                                    Take a bowl and put in it sugar and vinegar,mix well.Add in it remaining ingredients.Heat the bowl and stir during cooking until the mixture thickened.Let it cool down and enjoy it.
