French Rarebit

Health: Don't buy cracked eggs.
                                                        French Rarebit
                                       A tasty snack

                                  Ingredients

             Bread slices   6                       Mustard    2 tablespoon
            Butter   2 tablespoons           Milk   3 tablespoons
            Strong cheddar    200 grated               Egg    2
            Salt and freshly ground black pepper
           Onion   1 small  grated        Slices of meat(roasted)    6

                                      Method

     Lightly toast and butter the bread. 
      Beat the eggs and milk together,then stir in the                              cheese,onion,mustard and season well.
      Place a slice of meat on each piece of toast,then spoon
     the rarebit mixture on top.Grill until melted or golden.
