CO CO Egg Cake

                                 CO CO Egg Cake
                              Every one like to eat it
                                        Ingredients
         Butter         115 g                Caster Sugar  115 g
            All-purpose flour   100 g      Co Co Powder   30 g
            Egg       3                            Salt    a pinch   
            Warm water    1 tablespoon 
                                        

                                                                                       Method  
          In a big bowl beat together butter and sugar with an                  electronic mixer until fluffy.Lightly grease the pan.
            Place rack in middle of oven and Preheat the oven 180                degree c.
            In a separate bowl mix all purpose flour, co co powder, 
             salt and warm water. Mix well.
            Fold the ingredients in egg mixture slowly.
            Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake                about 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes                    out clean.
            Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
            Take out from pan.
            Let cool completely.
