Plum Sauce

       Health:Healthy food makes our body healthy.
                                        
                                                          Plum Sauce
                       A healthy and tasty sauce
                            Ingredients:
     dark plum    24                       Water  10 tablespoons 
 Soy jam   7 tablespoons            Sugar    2 tablespoons


                                     Method
Peel the plums, remove the stones and cut into quarters.Place in a saucepan with the water and simmer uncovered over low heat until very soft. Add the soy jam and the sugar.Stir and cook for a further 15 to 20 minutes.Stirring continuously.Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator and use as required.
