Ingredients
Bananas 6
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Butter 4 tablespoon
Honey 2 tablespoons Almonds tablespoons chopped Cinnamon a pinch ground condensed milk 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Butter 4 tablespoon

Method
Peel and cut the bananas into thick slices. Sprinkle with half the lemon juice.
In a pan melt the butter and add the bananas. Fry until golden brown.
Remove carefully from the
pan and set aside. In the same pan fry the chopped almonds until golden brown. Add the honey,
condensed milk and cinnamon, cook over a low heat until the honey has
melted. Stir in the remaining lemon juice.
Pour the honey and almond
sauce over the fried bananas.
Serve hot
