Baked Beef & Eggs

     Health: Beef is extremely Rich in minerals,full of vitamins.
                                   Baked Beef &Eggs 
                            A perfect meal & breakfast
                                         Ingredients
             Eggs    5      Cheese grated   125 g     Butter      75 g  
             Tomatoes Chopped   450 g      Red chili    6 chopped
            Salt  As taste      freshly ground black pepper  1 teaspoon
            Onion   2  peeled and sliced         Milk   tablespoons
             Beef  thin slices 5(steamed)  4 handful  spinach leaves


                                           Method 
              Crack and beat eggs,milk, salt and black                          pepper in a bowl.
            Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and smear butter over  l oven proof dish.Fill the dish with a combination of beef slices , onion, chopped tomatoes,baby spinach leaves and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the top of each beef slice,followed by the grated cheese.  Bake for 15 minutes or until set the omelette.
