Fried Fish Slices

           Health: Healthy diet fish is a low fat high quality proteins.
                                         Fried Fish Slices
                                           A healthy dish
                                          Ingredients
     Fish  500 g  cut or sliced    Egg    1       Salt   1 teaspoon
      Corn flour   2 tablespoons     Sesame oil    1 teaspoon
      lemon juice    1 tablespoon    
      vegetable oil    for deep frying   
      Chili garlic sauce  1 tablespoon     Red chili   1 teaspoon 

   
                                    Method
    Wash the fish with water and lemon juice.Cut the fish into            thin slices. In a bowl mix sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, lemon        juice,  red chili, celery and  a  pinch of salt.Coat the fish slices
    with this mixture and put aside for 1  hour. Add  the salt to the     egg  and beat well. Coat the marinated fish with this mixture
   and then coat in cornflour.
                        In a large frying pan heat the oil add the fish slices and fry until golden brown. Drain and place on a dish.
                    Serve with salad and bread
                           

Apples in Pomegranate Syrup

                                  Ingredients
       Pomegranate           Lemon juice   2 teaspoons
       Sugar   1/2 cup        Cooking apples 2
      Strawberry ice cream     4 scoops       
       Walnuts 1 tablespoons



                                         Method
     Squeeze the juice of pomegranate. Mix the lemon juice, sugar 
     and half cup of pomegranate and cook until the mixture 
     thick and syrupy. 
                             Peel, halve and slice the apples.
    Arrange the apple slices in the dish in the single layer, and
  sprinkle with the reserved pomegranate juice. Cook on high
  heat for 3 minutes.Arrange the apple slices on dessert dish
 or bowl. Place the ice cream beside the apple slices and
 sprinkle with walnuts or peanuts. Serve hot or cold.

Cheddar Cheese Sandwich

          Health: White meat is an excellent source of protein.
                                Cheddar Cheese Sandwich
                                           A tasty meal
                                        Ingredients

      Cheddar Cheese   150 g thinly sliced      White bread slices  8
       Wafer thin ham(chicken ham)        100 g
       Oil      to fry         Plain flour      2 tablespoons
        Egg 1  beaten        Milk   125 ml     Salt   to taste


                                      Method
     Heat the oil in the fry pan,add the chicken ham,salt,black              pepper and fry until golden brown.Drained and set aside.
                  Sandwiches the slices of cheese and ham between 
    two slices of bread, pressing the edges to seal. Heat the oil 
    in a frying pan and fry the bread sandwiches slices until
   turn golden brown.
                      Beat the egg with milk.
                         Dip each sandwiches in the flour then in the
 egg and milk mixture,fry each one  for 30 seconds each
 side,until golden. Cut into half to serve.
                     

Crunchy Beef & Ricotta Salad

Health: It is healthy to eat salad everyday.

                                         Ingredients
          Lemon juice  1 teaspoon     Stalks celery, sliced 4
          Black pepper   1 teaspoon    
          Red onion  1 thinly sliced and separated into rings
         Lettuce leaves   6-7, roughly torn
         Ricotta   75 g        Soured cream   3 tablespoons
         Beef slices     5        Salt  to taste



                              Method
    Grill the beef rashers until crispy, then drain on kitchen pepper
    and crumble.
                     Place the cheese in a salad bowl,add the lemon juice
    and blend well together. Mix in the soured cream and season           well with black pepper. 
                    Add celery, onion rings,salt and lettuce leaves to the               dressing and toss gently together. Scatter the crispy beef over 
   the salad and serve.

Broiled Pineapple With Coconut Ice cream

      Lime juice  1 teaspoon      Butter   2 tablespoons
     Brown sugar   2 tablespoons      Coconut ice cream  1 cup
   Pineapple  1     Grapes juice    3 tablespoons

                                        Method
  Peel the pineapple and slice the flesh lengthwise .
                Arrange the pineapple slices on a large flameproof dish.
 Sprinkle with the lime juice and grapes juice.
               Dice the butter and dot over the pineapple.Dust with 
brown sugar and grill on medium for 4-5 minutes.Place the coconut ice cream in the middle of the dish and serve.

Eggs  3  beaten    
 Tomatoes  3  thinly  sliced  
 Milk   3 tablespoons    
 Butter   1 tablespoon
Fresh parsley  2 tablespoons finely                                                                                           chopped
      Chicken slices  6 chopped    Tortilla (corn bread ) 4 warm
       Salt      to taste        Black pepper   1 teaspoon
       Chicken mince  100 g    Onion  1                                                            chopped 
       Garlic   4 cloves  crushed     
      Red pepper    2 crushed
    Spring onion  handful
Tortilla
Method
  In a large frying pan heat the oil.Fry the mince for 5-6
 minute. Stirring, and add the onion, one tomato, garlic, 
salt and red pepper.cook for 3-4 minutes.
              Whisk together the eggs, milk, butter, salt and
black pepper until frothy. 
              Pour the egg mixture over the mince and scatter
over the parsley, tomato and spring onion. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the eggs are set. 
             In another pan heat the butter in low heat  
and roasted the chicken slices.
            Place the egg and mince mixture on top of the 
warmed tortilla, scatter over the chicken pieces and
roll up.Slice and serve warm.
            You can take pita bread, paratha of your own choice.

Fruits With Mango sorbet

                                 Ingredients
   Mangoes   5         Melon   1 cup  Fresh lychees  1/2 cup
  Pineapple  2 cup       Papaya    1 cup    Fresh figs  5
  Grapes         50 g         Strawberry   50 g           Water    1  cup       
  Sugar   1/2 cup   lemon juice 1/2 cup     Bananas      3
   




                                      Method
   In a pan heat the water and sugar together, stirring until the
  sugar has dissolved.Cool the mixture.
               Dice the flesh of two mangoes, and sugar mixture in a blender, sieve the puree.
               Whisk the eggs white until it forms soft peaks.Mix well mango puree, lemon juice and fold into the egg white, mix well.
Place in the freezer until set. Repeat the process 2-3 times.
   Peel and slice the fruits.Arrange the fruits on dishes,each with
 2 scoops of sorbet.
                 You can take the fruits of your own choice.

                 Eggs              Olive oil    4 tablespoons
           Onion      small chopped    Garlic cloves   crushed
                Potatoes     1000 g sliced            Salt     to taste     
                   Black pepper    1/2  teaspoon   ground 
          Fresh coriander  handful


                                        Method 
       In a large, deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the potatoes,
onion and garlic over low heat until potatoes are soft. Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper and pour over the potatoes
mixture.Keeping the heat low, cook the mixture until set.
     Take a fish slice and invert back into the pan, cook further
for  20 minutes. Cut into wedges and sprinkle over fresh coriander.
               Serve hot.

Cheddar Salsa Crumpets

                                                            Ingredients
  For salsa
                Onion    1 small Chopped   Garlic   2 cloves crushed
                   Tomatoes    chopped     Lime juice   2 teaspoons
                   Chili pepper   1 tablespoons crushed    Salt   to taste
         In a bowl mix all these well
   Other ingredients
                  Crumpets   6     Cheddar cheese   100 g
                   Chicken slice    6   


                                          Method

   
   In a pan lightly toast crumpets on both sides,and set aside.           Sprinkle over the mixture of salsa, cheese and arrange the
   slice of chicken on the top and sprinkle some cheese.Grill until     the cheese has melted.
                   

Corned Beef & Pea Omelette

                                  Method 
     In a bowl break the eggs and beat together until foaming,
      Stir in the corned beef, peas, parsley, tomatoes and                         seasoning. 
            Melt the butter in a frying pan.Add the egg mixture.
     Cook over a low heat for 6 minutes,until the bottom is set
     and the top is creamy. 
             Using a fish slice, fold the omelette in half and slide it             into a warmed dish.
                             You can serve it with bread

Cauliflower with Rich Cheese Sauce

                       Cauliflower with Rich Cheese Sauce
A healthy vegetable dish
Ingredients

        Cauliflower   500 g             Butter      50 g          Plain flour   2 tablespoons
          Cheddar cheese     5 tablespoons   grated        Milk     ½ cup
       Paprika     ½ teaspoon        Chives     handful



Method
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam until tender.
Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minutes. Remove from the heat
and gradually stir in the milk and cream. Return to stove, cook and stir until the Mixture  is
reasonably thickened.  Remove from heat and stir in the cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the mixture sauce over the cooked cauliflower and sprinkle paprika and chives
Over the top.

              Bananas   6          
     Lemon juice     2 tablespoons                 Butter      4 tablespoon   
 Honey    2 tablespoons          Almonds tablespoons chopped    Cinnamon   a pinch   ground       condensed milk   3 tablespoons

Method
          Peel and cut the bananas into thick slices. Sprinkle with half the lemon juice.
         In a pan melt the butter and add the bananas. Fry until golden brown.
          Remove carefully from the pan and set aside. In the same pan fry the chopped almonds until golden brown. Add the honey, condensed milk and cinnamon, cook over a low heat until the honey has melted. Stir in the remaining lemon juice.
       Pour the honey and almond sauce over the fried bananas.
                                      Serve hot

Apple Dream Pudding

                                 Ingredients
     Apples  5 cups  chopped           Sugar   1 cup
     cinnamon   1/2 teaspoon         Dried lemon rind 1/2 teaspoon
     Apple juice  1 cup                    Butter     1 tablespoon 
    Eggs                                       Ground almond   5 tablespoons
    Ground cardamon a pinch     Condensed  milk  4 tablespoons



                                      Method

 In a pan place the apples with 1/2 cup of sugar, cardamon, 
 cinnamon and lemon rind.Cook over a low heat until soft.
 stir in the apple juice and condensed milk.
       Butter an ovenproof dish, and spoon in the 
apple puree.
       Beat the egg yolks and the remaining sugar until creamy.
Stir in the almonds,whisk the egg whites and fold into the egg yolks mixture.Spoon over the cooked apples and smooth the top. 
 Back in a preheated oven until  golden brown.
                                   

Mango Cream With Pistachios

   Ripe mangoes          Lemon juice    2 tablespoons
    Sour cream      6 tablespoons     Heavy cream  2 cup
   Pistachio nuts  3 tablespoons  chopped 
   Powdered  sugar   3 tablespoons


                                     Method 
    Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pits.
                Dice the flesh of one mango and chill in the                        refrigerator.
   Blend the remaining mango flesh with lemon juice in a
  blender, stir in the sour cream and sugar. Whip the cream 
  until stiff. Mix into the mango puree with half the
 pistachio nuts.
           Divide the cream equally between 5 individual desserts
 dishes.Sprinkle with the diced mangoes and remaining 
 pistachio nuts.
          You can replace the pistachio nuts with of your choice.

Quick Fried Sliced Steak

                                    Ingredients
    Piece of beef   450 g  tenderloin       Soy sauce    3 tablespoons
    Cornflour     2 tablespoons      Spring onion     5 chopped
    Sesame oil       1, 1/2 cup          Garlic  3 cloves  crushed
    Apple vinegar   2 tablespoon   Salt     to taste


                                       Method
   Carve the beef across the grain into 2 inch slices. place in a        bowl and add half the soy sauce ,cornflour, salt.  Mix well. 
                  Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the beef and stir 
   for 35 seconds. Drain and reserve the meat and oil. Again in
  a pan heat the reserve oil,add the garlic and spring onion,
  stir fry over high heat until the spring onions are well   browned.Add the beef,apple vinegar remaining soy sauce and
 2 tablespoons water.Stir fry for 40 seconds and serve.

Egg &Vegetable Fried Rice

        Health: Regular exercise is one of the best things you can                          do for your health.

                               Egg & Vegetable Fried Rice
                                     It's a spicy rice dish

                                        Ingredients
        Long grain rice 500 g       Eggs     3   beaten
          Onion     2   chopped        Green chili   chopped
          Carrots     grated         Peanuts     50 g
         Pea   50 g        Vegetable oil   3 tablespoons
         Chili garlic sauce  2 tablespoons    Salt      to taste
         Soy sauce  2 tablespoons       
        Green onion   handful   chopped



                                               Method
    Wash the rice and let it soak in cold water for 30 minutes,         then boil the rice for 15 minutes  until just tender. In water
   add a pinch of salt. Drain and put out  on a tray.
                     In a large frying pan heat the oil and add the                  onion, chili, carrots, pea, chili garlic sauce and spring                onion and stir fry for  6-7 minutes until the vegetables are            softened.
                    Pour the eggs into the pan, stirring all the time,
    until thickened.Add the rice, soy sauce, salt and  stirring 
    all the time until the rice has heated through. After 5 
   minutes, turn off the heat. Allow the rice to steam in its 
   own heat for 10 minutes.
                             Eat with pickle or yogurt

Frying Cheese Souffle

            Cheddar cheese 125 g (grated)           Eggs   8 
           Fresh parsley   3 tablespoons  chopped   
          Butter  4 tablespoons  
           Black pepper    1 teaspoon
          Onion  1 finally chopped               Salt  to taste


                                       Method
                   In a large bowl place the egg yolks and stir 
      in the cheese, parsley, onion, salt and black pepper.
                 in another bowl whisk the egg whites and fold 
     into the cheese mixture. 
                 in a non-stick frying pan heat the butter for 1
    minute and pour in the cheese mixture and cook for 6-7 
    minutes.Place into the oven to bake for 6 minutes.
                   The snack is ready, serve hot.

                                                         Ingredients

             Broccoli    1  Florets         Cream cheese   250 g 
              Plain flour  1 tablespoon      Stilton  50 g
              Fresh chives 3 tablespoon   chopped   Eggs   2
              Salt  & black pepper   
                                         Method
     Boil the broccoli until tender, mash and leave to cool.
      In a bowl beat the flour, Stilton,  chives,cream cheese and            egg yolks into the broccoli.Whisk the egg white and fold
      into the broccoli mixture. Pore into the oven proof dish.
      Place the dish in the center in preheat oven to 200 degree c.
      bake for 20 minutes.
                                        Serve hot
