Method

Broccoli & Cream Cheese Souffle
Healthy & tasty French dish easy to cook
Broccoli is like a cauliflower but green in color
Ingredients
Broccoli 1 Florets Cream cheese 250 g
Plain flour 1 tablespoon Stilton 50 g
Fresh chives 3 tablespoon chopped Eggs 2
Salt & black pepper
Method
Boil the broccoli until tender, mash and leave to cool.
In a bowl beat the flour, Stilton, chives,cream cheese and egg yolks into the broccoli.Whisk the egg white and fold
into the broccoli mixture. Pore into the oven proof dish.
Place the dish in the center in preheat oven to 200 degree c.
bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot
