Mango Crab Canapes
Full of protein recipeIngredients
Crab meat, Shredded 250 g Wholewheat bread 5 slicesSpring onion finely chopped 4 Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons Garlic chili sauce 2 tablespoons
Paprika 1 teaspoon Lettuce leaf Celery
Mango 1 peeled,pitted and sliced Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl combine crab meat,spring onion, mayonnaise, garlic chili sauce,celery, lemon juice, salt and paprika. Season to taste. Set aside.Cut bread and garnish with lettuce.
Arrange crab mixture on top.
Arrange mango slices over crab mixture and baked until puffed
about 8 minutes.
