Fine Adriatic Pizza
This pizza variation is packed with protein
Ingredients:
- Large tomatoes 2, peeled and chopped
- Garlic clove 1,chopped
- Beef slices 3 chopped
- Anchovy fillets 200 g
- Black olives 1/2 cup
- Fresh parsley 1 tablespoons
- Fresh bay leaves 1/2 cup
- Precooked pizza shell
- Mozzarella 1 cup, grated
- Freshly ground pepper
- Pizza sauce 2 tablespoons
- Green pepper 1,chopped
Method:
In a nonstick pan heat beef slices and garlic together,until beef is cooked Drain of fat.
Stir in anchovy and pepper to taste.Stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley,green chili and bay leaves.
Brush the rim of pizza with the pizza sauce. Spread mixture over pizza shell.
In a preheat oven to 180 degree C. bake 15 minutes.
Top with grated mozzarella towards end of cooking time.
