Best Ham Muffins
A perfect breakfast
Ingredients:
Breadcrumbs soft 1/2 cup(ground) Egg 3 beaten
Cooked ham (ground) 725 g Skim milk 1/2 cup
Onion 1 finely chopped Cheese 3/4 cup
Hot mustard 1 tablespoon
Fresh parsley 2 tablespoons(chopped ) Salt to taste
Melted butter 1 tablespoon
Method:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well except melted butter.
Brush 10 muffins molds with melted butter. Spoon ham mixture into molds.
Bake in preheated oven to 180 degree C about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
