Corned Beef &Pea Omelette

Full nutrient recipe which we like to eat .If we happy, our stomach also would be happy.


             Ingredients
                   eggs     3       corned beef ,cut into small chunks    150 g        frozen peas    100                                     fresh parsley,chopped    1 ts        butter    15 g       salt       as you like                                                      black pepper freshly ground


                   Method;
              Break the eggs into bowl and beat together with fork .Stir in corned beef ,peas,parsley and seasoning.Mel the butter in a small frying pan.When it is foaming,add the egg mixture .Cook over the low heat for 5 minutes,until the bottom is set and the top is creamy.Using a fish slice ,fold the omelette in half and slide it on to a warmed serving plate,
                     
                                                    
                     Take it with red onion salad and tomato ketchup.

Stew-braised beef with tomato

We like to cook beef .In it proteins ,vitamins B and half of the fats found.we can reduce the fats and cholesterol if we take it with salad
                                                                   Ingredients
                    

                        Shin of beef      1 kg            water   1/2 cup      Tomatoes   1/2 kg
                        Caster sugar     3 ts           Garlic    4  cloves           Ginger    4 slices
                        Chopped onion    2 ts        Vegetable oil     2 ts        Soy sauce   3 ts
                        Corn flour       2 ts             Chills sauce       1 ts      Vegetable oil  for  frying

                                               Method


                                         Place the beef in a saucepan with water , bring to boil ,cover and                                       simmer  gently for 2 hours.when the beef is tender,drain and cut into  1 inch                                 cubes.scaled the tomatoes in boiling water.Drain, peel,cut into quarters and remove the seeds.Place tomatoes in saucepan,add half the sugar and simmer for 10 minutes until reduced to a puree.Pour this sweetened puree into a bowl.Crush the garlic.
                                Heat the oil.Deep fry the beef cubes for 2 minutes. Set meat aside,saute the garlic,ginger and onion in the 1 ts of oil  for 1 minute over medium heat.Add the remaining sugar.soy sauce. Add the beef and simmer for 6 minutes.Now add the tomato puree and simmer for 4 minutes.Blend the cornflour with water.Add to the beef and stir over the heat.                       
                                Sprinkle with chili sauce and serve with salad.

Salt and Sour Fish

There are many kinds of fish, we eat only some selected fish. but  in every fish proteins are found. Which are necessary to our health.

          Ingredients

               Fish       1/2 kg            Salt     1 ts        Garlic   4 clove       caster sugar   2 ts 

              vinegar    4 ts            corn flour    1 ts    Black  pepper       1 ts   soy sauce  1 ts                           
                onion    1  medium size     Fresh root ginger    3 slices    sunflower oil   1 cup
                        sesame oil  1/2 cup

          Method

                     Clean the  fish and rub with salt  and let stand for 1 hour. Chop the                                    salt, garlic, onion and combine with the ginger, soy sauce and sugar.
                      Heat the oil in  the fish kettle. Add the vinegar and stir-fry over high 
                      heat  for 35 second. Add the water  and bring to the boil, stirring.
                                      Lower the fish  into the boiling sauce, simmer for 9 minutes.
 Turning the fish over once and basting all the time. Meanwhile,  cut the pepper into thin strips. Carefully lift out the fish on to  an  oval heated serving dish. Add pepper  to taste and sesame oil  to the sauce. Pour in the corn flour blended with a hot water  stir , and as soon as the sauce thickens. pour it over fish.
                                        
Serve it 

,garnished with strips of onion and cucumber.

carom fish fry

                                     carom fish fry


Ingredient,                                                                                                                    fish       2 piece         carom    1 Tsp      red chills powder     1 Tsp   lemon juice   1/2 cup

       turmeric powder    1 Tsp    garlic paste     1 Tsp      cooking oil Two cup     salt to taste     
      gram flour     1 cup       water    1/2 cup                                               

method

            in a small bowl 1 combine gram flour ,few seeds of carom ,salt to taste,1/2 Tsp garlic paste, turmeric powder 1/2 T .Mix all these ingredients in water.  
now take another bowl 2 combine red chills, lemon juice,
turmeric powder, garlic paste 1/2 Tsp, carom 1 Tsp, salt to taste.
 Dip the fish piece in bowl 2 ,coat the fish well allow to rest for 30 minutes.
In bowl 1 mixture coat on fish well .Deep fry in medium heat.

              

           A delicious fry fish is ready.




           Serve with salad and ketchup.

Fried pomfret fish

Fish are usually low in fats.
                   
                Ingredients
       
   pomfret fish       1         ginger    2Ts                garlic   paste     3cloves     Termeric powder    1Ts                  
   Red chilli powder   2TS      Lemon jouce   1/2cup     salt       to taste      oil for fry   
  
         method

 put all these ingredients in a big bowl and mix well. And put 

 the pomfret fish in this bowl and apply the mixture, merinate

 it for 30 minutes.

      Heat the oil in a big pan and fry till golden.

       Serve with salad and soy sauce.

Fry Fish

Winter has set in .Our dressing or our cooking styles are  changed.We want to eat such types of things which give us some energy or heat.Fish is one of them.Fish has been an important source of proteins and nutrients for us.Fish can be prepared in a variety of ways.one is in the bellow.

                  Ingredients

                   Simple fish             1kg        garlic paste    1Ts     crushed black pepper        1Ts
                                                                     
                     bread crumbs      1cup      white flour    1 bowl       salt     to taste   oil   for frying
                     
                    lemon juice         3Ts    
       
    (1)  wash fish slit on fish with the help of knife.
                                                        
    (2) in a mixing bowl add lemon juice and garlic paste.
                                                         
     (3) add whole fish in this bowl.

    (4)now add crushed black pepper  1ts and white flour 1 bowl,

                                                              salt to taste on fish coat well allow to rest for 30 minute.

(5) now coat the bread crumbs well, heat the frying oil and add the fish.cook the fish 4-5 minute
on each side,transfer the fish to a plate and serve with ketchup.
