Omelette

                                     Omelette

Health !      It's necessary for your health read and follow the use by dates on packaging and jars.

           It's a delicious Spanish omelette.You want to eat it again and again.

Prep Time:5 mins    Cook Time:45 mins
Ingredients:
               4 tablespoon olive oil                 3 large potatoes peeled and diced
                              1 large onion,finally chopped     6 slice of chicken (1/2 kg boneless chicken divided into small 6 pieces)
                                                    4 eggs                                           200 g peas (boiled)
                               
Salt                                          Freshly ground black pepper
    Method:
               Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan and 

     fry the potatoes and onion for 20 minutes.Grill and fry 

                                                      the chicken pieces,then cut into bite sized pieces
Beat the eggs and stir in the peas pour into the pan and season well.Cook over a
gentle heat for a further 15 minutes.Grill for 5 minutes,add the black pepper,cool then cut into wedges to serve.
