Classic Tortilla

Always wash fruit and vegetables before using them.

     Ingredients:

                   potatoes,peeled and sliced:1000 gm     olive oil:2 ts
               onion,chopped:1 large            garlic cloves,chopped:2
               eggs:      salt and freshly ground black pepper
                 freshly parsley chopped:1 ts  
  Method :
               Heat the oil in a large ,deep frying pan and fry the potatoes,onion and garlic over a medium heat for 25 minutes,stirring.
              Beat the eggs with the plenty of seasoning and pour over the mixture.Keeping the heat low,cook the mixture until set,scraping the egg as it sets round the edge back into the middle 
-this will take about 35 minutes.
Slide into a board and then invert back onto the pan and cook for
another 20 minutes,cut into wedges,sprinkled with parsley.
               Serve warm or cold:

Breakfast Wraps

A healthy food recipe would be make your mood happy.
              
                Ingredients
           vegetable oil: 2 ts       Sausages,thinly sliced: 2
           Tomatoes, finely chopped:2      Eggs, beaten:3
           Milk:4 ts       Butter:1/2 cup           Salt 
                freshly ground  black pepper:1/2 ts
           Fresh parsley,finely chopped :2 ts        1 tomato,warmed
                               meat slices :4  chopped
      Method
              Heat the oil in a frying pan.Fry the sausages for 4-5
   minutes,turning occasionally,Until cooked through,then add the
tomatoes .
            Meanwhile whisk together the eggs,milk,butter,salt and pepper until frothy.Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and tomatoes and scatter over the parsley.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes,until the egg is set.
           Heat the meat slices in the microwave for 3 minutes.Place the sausage and egg mixture on top of the warmed tomato,scatter over the meat pieces  and roll up ,slice and serve warm.

French Rarebit

A healthy recipe You will find it good.
Ingredients:
               large slices french bread  :  4        egg   :     1        cheddar,grated  :   150 gm
                
                  small onion,grated   :    salt and freshly ground black pepper  as your taste  

                  slice wafer-thin  ham :    4       
           
                Method:
               1               Preheat the grill to a  medium setting and lightly toast the                                                  French bread on both sides.
                2
                        meanwhile,beat the egg and milk together,then stir in the                                                cheese,onion and seasoning.
                   
3                Place a slice of ham on each piece of toast ,then spoon  rarebit mixture on top .Grill for 5 minutes or until melted and golden.
                              
You can try with grilled tomatoes brushed with butter.

Italian Stuffed Pancakes

It is a healthy food recipe. You will like it.
Ingredients:
         light cream cheese    350 gm     icing sugar  ts+extra for dusting
dried apricots,chopped         100 gm    glace cherries,chopped    40 gm
15 gm toasted,flaked almonds              pancakes       8
Method:
         Flavor the cream cheese with orange zest and icing sugar,then stir in the apricot,cherries and flaked almond.
         Warm the pancakes and spread the cream mixture down the center of each pancakes.Roll up and serve dusted with
icing sugar.

Pancakes With Fresh Fruit

 eggs :we can say about ,you can eat one a day without worrying.


Ingredients:

       cheese    250 gm           skimmed milk     200 gm     
        separated eggs          plain flour         a pinch 
        strawberries      250 gm ,     hulled and chopped 
        bananas    4    halved horizontally   1 ts   sugar           
        1 ts vinegar    1 ts garlic          1 ts cinnamon 
         

method:
             
          Mix the cheese ,milk and egg yolks.soft the flour,baking powder and salt.then carefully stir in the cheese mixture,making sure the batter is smooth.
            Beat the egg whites until stiff,then fold into the cheese mixture .
Heat a little of the oil in a non- stick frying pan and drop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into the pan. Cook for one minutes each  side.
keep warm while you cook the rest.
Serve with the stwberriesra and sliced bananas.
